Tera is a smart and automatic system which adapts itself to the user by learning his daily life. Thus, she is able to help him manage the house, security and save electricity and money.
What is there in TERA that is not found in other applications?
A smart system for automation without the need to perform operations. A system for calculating and monitoring electricity which helps us analyze consumption and save time and money.
THE PROBLEM
“Why is my electricity bill so high?”
Users often faced unexpectedly high energy bills due to inefficient energy use.
“I don't understand why it doesn't work together?”
Users worried about the security of their homes when they were away.
“I always want to know what's going on”
There’s a theory that people read in an F-shaped pattern, and that this should influence how you structure content.
“If the app sends me to turn off a light then why do I need it?”
Users found it challenging to manage various aspects of their homes, such as lighting, climate control, and entertainment.
MARKET RESERCH
The first step was to analyze the competitors and get familiar with the existing Smart Home and Energy products, their pros and cons
After that I decided to also check other applications such as irrigation systems, security cameras, smart cars, architecture , home design and renewable energy in order to adapt ourselves to the needs of the users
